Herbed BIO Yogurt Spread

This spread is delicious and very easy to prepare. You can serve it on crostini, next to jack potatoes, or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of BIO yogurt nature (500ml)
  • 2 scallions trimmed and very finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley and some leaves for decoration
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons of BIO eggless Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Recipe

  • Blend together all the ingredients with a wooden spoon in a bowl.
  • Garnish with parsley leaves and serve. Delicious!
